Welcome to TshirtCurry.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a California-based provider of custom T-shirt printing, embroidery, and DTF (Direct-to-Film) apparel services.
We print on a variety of high-quality brands, including Gildan, Hanes, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Champion, American Apparel, and others trusted across the industry.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of TshirtCurry’s website, tools, and printing services and are enforced in accordance with applicable California and U.S. laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Uniform Commercial Code §2-101 et seq.

2. Our Services

TshirtCurry provides:

  • Screen Printing, DTF Printing, and Embroidery on apparel and accessories.
  • Custom design, mock-up creation, and order fulfillment for individuals, organizations, and businesses.
  • Fast nationwide delivery with average 7-day turnaround after final artwork approval and payment.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any service without prior notice to improve customer experience or adapt to new production methods.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this site lawfully and ethically. You may not:

  • Upload or submit artwork that infringes another party’s intellectual property.
  • Interfere with website functionality or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Post or transmit fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content.

Violations may result in account termination and possible legal action under California law.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received through secure, PCI-compliant processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments.
  • Please review all design details, sizes, and quantities before confirming your order.
  • Bulk and institutional orders may require a signed invoice or quote approval.

5. Turnaround Time and Shipping

  • Standard production time is 7 business days after artwork approval.
  • Expedited “rush” options may be available at an added cost.
  • Orders are shipped via reputable carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
  • TshirtCurry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not begun.
  • Because custom items are produced to your specifications, printed or embroidered items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
  • If an error occurs on our part, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Artwork and Intellectual Property

  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have rights to use the design.
  • You grant TshirtCurry a limited license to reproduce your design solely for order fulfillment.
  • TshirtCurry retains ownership of digital mock-ups, proofs, and promotional samples created for marketing or display purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to reject artwork that is obscene, hateful, or violates laws.

8. Promotions and Coupons

  • Newsletter signup coupons (e.g., 10% OFF first order) apply only to new customers unless specified.
  • Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Coupons have no cash value and may expire or change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TshirtCurry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • We make no guarantees that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Notify TshirtCurry immediately of unauthorized account access. We are not responsible for losses due to compromised passwords.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
